Welcome to relnk.io. By accessing or using our website and AI-powered writing companion services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and relnk.io ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services. We've tried to make them as clear and readable as possible, stripped of unnecessary legalese.
1. Account Terms

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. By creating an account, you warrant that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
1.2 Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. relnk.io cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
2. Acceptable Use
We want relnk.io to be a safe and productive environment for everyone. When using our Services, you agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group, or attempt to do so.
- Generate or distribute content that is hateful, violent, or sexually explicit using our AI models.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code of the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Service.
3. Subscription & Payments
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
Price Changes: We may change our pricing fees at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Refunds: Generally, all charges for purchases are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
4. Intellectual Property
Our Content: The Service, including its "look and feel" (e.g., text, graphics, images, logos), proprietary content, information and other materials, are protected under copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By using the AI generation features, you are granted ownership of the output generated for you, subject to these Terms.
5. Limitation of Liability & Changes
Disclaimer: The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, relnk.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our Service prior to the effective date of the changes.
