Refund Policy

We want you to pay for Relnk only if it's working for you. This policy explains when a payment can be refunded and how to ask for one.

Payments for Relnk are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are issued through Dodo Payments to your original payment method.

This applies to monthly and annual subscriptions.

• First payment: refundable if you ask within 14 days of the payment and you've used fewer than 25% of the drafts included in that billing period.
• After that: you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Renewals and later payments aren't refundable.
• No partial refunds: we don't refund or credit unused time or unused drafts in a billing period.

• The one-time Founding member payment is refundable if you ask within 30 days of the payment and you've used 10 or fewer drafts.
• A refund frees your Founding seat, and your account moves to the Free plan. The seat can't be reclaimed later.

A draft pack can't be refunded once any of its drafts has been used.

The 7-day trial is free and doesn't need a card, so there's nothing to refund. When it ends, your account moves to the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan.

Dodo Payments issues approved refunds to the payment method you used. How long the money takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
