For freelance writers

Write in your clients’ voices. One board.

You write for several clients, each with their own voice and their own opinions about your draft. Relnk keeps every piece on one board and helps where it saves time: angles, an outline, a first pass in the client’s voice, a review before you send it.

How Relnk helps

  • A brand voice per client

Set up a voice for a client from their published posts and their do’s and don’ts, then pick the voice on each piece. How many voices you can keep depends on your plan.

  • Review links clients can comment on

Share a link to the draft. Your client reads it and comments on the exact passage they select, no account needed, and the comments appear next to your text.

  • Show the work is yours

The authorship meter shows how much of each piece you wrote or edited yourself, so you can answer “did AI write this?” with a number.

  • Every piece on one board

See where each piece stands, from idea to published. Set the draft length per piece, and on paid plans ask for LinkedIn, X and Facebook posts once the article is finished.

How it works

One board, from idea to published

Every post moves through the same six stages. You decide when it moves on, and you can step back at any point.

  1. Ideas

Jot down a thought, or ask for angles on a topic you keep coming back to.

  2. Grooming

Pick an angle, name the reader, list the points the piece has to make.

  3. Outline

Get a structured brief. Reorder and edit the sections, then approve it.

  4. Draft

Write it yourself, or click Write draft for a first pass from your outline in your voice. Either way, you rewrite it until it’s yours.

  5. Review

A second read scores the piece and points at weak spots and claims that need a source.

  6. Published

Post it on your newsletter, blog or wherever you publish, then turn it into social posts and plan when each one goes out.

Questions

Can my client see or edit my whole account?

No. A review link shows one draft, read-only, and lets the reader leave comments. Links expire after 30 days unless you pick 7 days, 90 days or never, and you can turn one off at any time.

How many client voices can I set up?

It depends on your plan; the plan comparison lists the brand voices each one includes. Each piece uses the voice you pick for it. Compare plans

Does Relnk write the pieces for me?

Only when you ask. A first pass from your outline is one option; plenty of pieces you’ll write yourself and only use the angles, outline or review.
